Antim Technologies ("we", "our", or "us") operates DashStack, a Shopify embedded analytics application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use DashStack.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve DashStack:

Shopify Store Data: Orders, revenue, customer counts, and product data from your connected Shopify store via the Shopify API.
Google Analytics 4 Data: Sessions, traffic sources, conversions, and related metrics from your connected GA4 property. We request read-only access (analytics.readonly) and never modify your GA4 data.
Meta Ads Data: Ad spend, impressions, clicks, ROAS, and campaign performance from your connected Meta Ads account.
Account Information: Your Shopify store email and shop domain used for authentication and billing.
OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens for Google and Meta integrations, stored securely and used solely to fetch your analytics data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect exclusively to:

Display your Shopify, GA4, and Meta Ads analytics inside the DashStack dashboard.
Generate AI-powered reports and insights based on your own store data.
Send alerts you configure for revenue, traffic, or ad spend thresholds.
Manage your subscription and billing via Shopify Billing API.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Google User Data

DashStack's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We request only the analytics.readonly scope — read-only access to your GA4 property.
Google Analytics data is fetched on your behalf and displayed only within your DashStack dashboard.
We do not use Google data to serve advertisements or for any purpose unrelated to providing DashStack's analytics features.
You may revoke DashStack's access at any time via Google Account Permissions.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secured MongoDB database. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and used only to make authorized API calls on your behalf. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your DashStack account is active. When you uninstall DashStack, your data is deleted within 30 days in accordance with Shopify's GDPR requirements. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

DashStack is intended for use by Shopify merchants and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of DashStack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
