These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DashStack, a Shopify analytics application operated by Antim Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using DashStack, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using DashStack through the Shopify App Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

The service is provided on a subscription basis as listed on the Shopify App Store.
You must have a valid Shopify store to use DashStack. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and any third-party credentials (Google, Meta) connected through DashStack. You must not share your account access with unauthorized parties.
You agree not to:
DashStack subscriptions are billed through Shopify's Billing API. Subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected at installation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
DashStack connects to Google and Meta APIs on your behalf using OAuth authorization. By connecting these accounts, you authorize DashStack to access your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect DashStack's functionality.
You retain full ownership of your store data, GA4 data, and Meta Ads data. DashStack accesses this data solely to provide the analytics service. We do not claim any ownership over your data.
DashStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analytics data will be 100% accurate at all times. Analytics figures depend on third-party APIs and may reflect delays or discrepancies from those sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antim Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DashStack, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue DashStack (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of DashStack after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DashStack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
